Flight Shot Backgrounds

Flight shots are appealing because they enable us to gaze at a scene that only existed for a split-second in real time. They can be even more appealing when they include backgrounds of natural reflections, rather than plain blue skies. When the magical convergence happens - sun, sky, wind, water and of course the bird - these reflections are revealed to the camera.

Sometimes in green tones...
Sometimes in earth tones...
And sometimes we get lucky and the camera captures a reflection of the bird itself.
